moose camp so here i am at the moose research center. known to many as "moose camp". this is my average day this week: wake up around 7:30am, run up the hill to the workshop and get ready to bottle feed moose calves. go feed calves at 8am. be done around 8:30, go back down and wash out bottles. go back to cabin and enjoy a lovely breakfast of..ready for this...oatmeal. woah, eh? so, eat, then race up to the "barn" and upon arrival, either pick up screw driver, hammer, or crowbar. then start beating the crap out of the walls and stalls of this so called barn. its all strageical you see? demolition is the way to go...haha. so after beating the crap out of it for about 4 hours, we stop for lunch. then we re-feed the little buggars down in the pen and clean and then race back up to the barn. more demolition. then eat dinner anywhere between 6 and 8pm. then we re-feed again at 10, and then off to bed. and by the way. on monday, i hammered about 20 joist hangars into a large amount of rafters and might i add that there are 10 nails to each joist hangar. that is a lot of hammering. i couldnt feel my arm after that. crazyness. anywho. its almost 10 so i must go feed them thar calves down thar.
